Payments for credits are generally final once credits are delivered to the user account.
AI-generated results may vary. Users should review prompts, lyrics, and instructions carefully before generating.
Asylonia collects only the information needed to operate user accounts, credits, AI creation records, and city presence features.
Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on Asylonia servers. We do not sell user personal data to advertisers.
Some features are public by design. Only publish information you are comfortable showing publicly.
Asylonia may remove content that is abusive, illegal, deceptive, harmful, spam-like, or inappropriate for the city.
For payment, credit, account, or creation issues, please contact support.
Include your account email, approximate time of issue, payment amount if relevant, screenshot or short description, and generated item or Vault item name if relevant.
